Usability testing
We run task-based sessions with real users, recording completion rate, time taken and points of difficulty.
We turn usability from opinion into measurable findings.
Schedule a meetingUI/UX testing assesses interface usability and user journeys through structured methods. Usability sessions, expert evaluation and journey analysis identify where users struggle, and findings are reported in a form design and development teams can act on.
Interface decisions usually turn into a matter of preference internally. Without measurement, which design works better is settled by seniority and persuasion.
Usability testing grounds that debate in observation. Where users abandon a journey, where they hesitate and which element they fail to notice all become measurable findings.
We run task-based sessions with real users, recording completion rate, time taken and points of difficulty.
We assess the interface against established usability principles and classify findings by severity.
We evaluate critical user journeys step by step and identify unnecessary steps and drop-off points.
We examine form completion, error messages and feedback mechanisms, and report the barriers to completion.
We rank findings by impact and implementation cost, and give the design team recommendations they can act on.
We plan around your release rhythm, manage the operation and improve it in every cycle.
We define scope, test levels and success criteria against your release calendar. Environment and test data requirements are resolved before the work begins.
We take on team, tool and environment management. Progress is reported regularly against defined KPIs.
We run the tests and prioritise the findings. We track closure together with your development teams.
At the end of every cycle we review scope, automation rate and escaped defect rate. The priorities for the next cycle are set from that review.
UI/UX testing is an expert-led service and works independently of any product. If you want findings consolidated with functional test results in one reporting structure, we use RabbitQA's reporting layer. Where interface journeys need to move into automation scope, we continue with AutoRunner.
A significant share of usability problems surface with a limited number of participants. We set participant count by the number of target user segments; segment variety matters more than headcount.
Participant recruitment can be handled within the service. If you prefer to use your own user base, we prepare the selection criteria and session plan together.
It does not. Usability testing shows the cause of the problem; A/B testing measures which solution performs better. Used in sequence, the two produce the strongest result.
We report findings with session recordings, screenshots and priority information. On request we run a joint review session with your design team.
