Virgosol is an AI-native quality engineering company building trust in the age of AI. From Istanbul and Berlin, we help banks, insurers, fintechs, retailers, airlines, telecom operators and public institutions build digital products their customers can rely on. We do this with our own products and with professional services: assessment, consulting, training and managed services.
How We Started
Our founders, Arzu Barbaros and Miraç Emektar, spent years in leadership roles at global companies. They kept seeing the same pattern: major technology investments fell short of their promise, and the cause was rarely the technology itself. It was quality, left until the end, handled outside the team and limited to checking what had already been built.
We built Virgosol on a belief that was clear to us from day one: quality had to run across the entire lifecycle, not sit at the end of it. We founded the company in Istanbul in 2019, while the industry was still calling this work testing.
Quality starts with the first idea. It is shaped by every decision, strengthened through development, validated in real-world use and refined with every new insight.
The stakes are real. A checkout that fails on the busiest night of the year. A booking system that goes down mid-campaign. A release that turns into a regulatory finding. Each one costs money, and all of them cost trust. So we treat quality as a strategic asset, not a cost centre: the invisible backbone that lets enterprises ship digital products with confidence.
Our conviction has not changed. What we can do with it has, because we are AI-native. Today our work reaches well beyond testing, from the quality of requirements to performance under peak load. AI does the work. Our engineers own the decisions.
