Which personal data does our Company obtain and by which methods?

• Identity data: Name and surname
• Contact data: Phone number, e-mail address and workplace name/address

For what legal reasons does our Company obtain your personal data?

Your personal data obtained by the above methods is collected, processed and may be transferred in line with the purposes stated in this Clarification Text and in accordance with the Law.

The legal grounds include processing explicitly stipulated by law, required for the Company to fulfill a legal obligation, directly related to establishing or performing a contract, required for the Company’s legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, made public by you, or required to establish, exercise or protect a right.

For what purposes does our Company process your personal data?

Personal data obtained under Article 5 of the Law is processed in a connected, limited and proportionate manner.

Processing purposes include personalizing and promoting products and services according to relevant persons’ preferences, usage habits and needs; informing customers about opportunities, campaigns and services; managing events, corporate communication and customer relationships; conducting market research; planning sales and marketing; ensuring that Company activities comply with procedures and legislation; and managing risk.

To whom and for what purposes can our Company transfer your personal data?

Personal data obtained by the Company may be transferred to authorized Company personnel, business partners, affiliates, legally authorized individuals and organizations, and legally authorized public institutions to fulfill the stated purposes under this Clarification Text, the Company’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy and applicable legislation.

Rights of the personal-data subject under Article 11 of the Law

Depending on the nature of the request, the Company will respond as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. No fee is charged for responses up to ten pages. A fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page above ten pages. When the response is provided on a recording medium, the fee will not exceed the cost of that medium.

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of the correction to recipients
• Request deletion or destruction when processing grounds no longer exist and notification of that action to recipients
• Object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis
• Request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

How to apply

You may submit a request to exercise these rights in Turkish and in writing under Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

Your application must include your name, surname and signature for a written application; citizenship or identity information; an address for notification; available e-mail, phone and fax details; the subject of the request; and relevant information and documents. Incomplete or inaccurate information may prevent the Company from conducting a complete assessment.
