Yes. Before the training begins we examine your application, your tool set and your current test structure, and adapt the content and examples accordingly. Participants work on the system they will use the next day rather than on a sample project.
Basic programming knowledge makes the automation training easier but is not mandatory. We measure the group’s starting level during preparation and adjust the content. In mixed-level groups we balance pace through the practical time allocated rather than by holding to the slowest participant.
Automation training teaches method: how a scenario is selected, written and maintained. That knowledge is tool-independent. Product training covers how a particular product is put into service in your organisation. Most teams adopting a new product need both.
Yes. In the period after the training we support participants with the questions that arise in their own projects. Whether capability becomes permanent is largely decided in that period; the last day of training is not the end point.
